• Airport Pickups: Complimentary wait time of 60 minutes.

• All Other Pickups: Complimentary wait time of 15 minutes.

If the wait time exceeds the complimentary period, the trip will be billed hourly, with a minimum charge of 2 hours at the regular hourly rate.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time will incur no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows will result in a charge for the full amount of the trip.
• No-shows or cancellations made after the chauffeur has been dispatched will be charged the full trip amount.
